MEET YOUR KINDERGARTEN TEACHER!! Parents are given the opportunity to meet with the teacher for the year. Dates - TBA
*Please note that only parents are to meet with the teacher* Important topics to ask your teacher about: 1. Snack items: Students are allowed to bring in a healthy snack, some rooms are peanut allergy rooms, so ask your teacher what types of snacks will be appropriate. 2. Birthday Celebrations: We are able to celebrate birthdays at Bower Hill, however food/edible items are restricted. Please inform the teacher if you want to have a birthday celebration and they will help offer non-edible ideas.

Transportation Safety comes first for students and parents that are new to Bower Hill Elementary.
AM Kindergartener's will be transported to school by the district. Parents are responsible for transportation home. Please arrive between 11:30-11:35am.
Parents must wait outside on the sidewalk to receive their child.
Student attending the PM session are transported by their parents. Parents should park in the designated parent lot and walk on the sidewalks with their child.
Parents should arrive between 12:45-12:50pm.
Circle area is only to be used for student drop-off prior to the start of school (including PM KG) and student pick-up after school. It is not to be used during the school day when traffic signs and cones are present. The circle area is not to be used to park vehicles.
Below are the procedures for parents who are using the Drop Off Circle in the morning.
Child should be seated on the passenger side of the vehicle Children should NOT exit a car into the moving traffic Children should be able to affix their backpacks on their back independently If you are getting out of the car, please park in the side parking lot instead of using the Drop off Circle. Please observe the speed limit (5mpg) signs.
